| Haiwan tea factory was established in 1999. This 9908 Cha Tou brick is a new recipe prepared by Mr. Zou Bingliang, it is the first edition of Haiwan's "99" series Pu-erh. Haiwan used their old "Cha Tou" which accumulated for years and compressed them into this nice brick. The tea gives an ever-smoothening taste and never bitter, with a a fair amount of sweetness. This Pu-erh can be infused many times. After 20 infusions the tea keep giving a sweet mellow flavour but requires the hottest water possible.
PREPARATION: To prepare Pu-erh Brick, pry out the desired amount leaves and place in a teapot. Rinse by covering with boiling water and quickly pour off. Cover with boiling water again and let steep 5-30 seconds (depending on how light or dark you want the tea) and serve. Pu-erh tea can be steeped 10-20 times.
