2007 Haiwan Laotongzhi Raw Pu-erh Brick

	A nice green Pu-erh brick, produced by Haiwan Tea Factory in 2007. The tea has a pleasant bright yellow liquor, it taste fresh, strong, and with a sweet aftertaste. Like all raw pu-erh can be drank now or put away for further aging. PREPARATION: To prepare Pu-erh tea from bricks, pry out the desired amount leaves and place in a teapot. Rinse by covering with boiling water and quickly pour off. Cover with boiling water again and let steep 5-30 seconds (depending on how light or dark you want the tea) and serve.
