2007 Fengqing Hei Shan Cha Raw Pu-erh Cake

	As the birthplace of "Dianhong", Dianhong Group is perhaps best known for black tea, but their Pu-erh tea is also worthy of note. This 500 grams raw Pu-erh cake consists of wild arbor tea leaves from the high mountain in Fengqing. It yields a bright yellow liquor with refreshingly flavor and strong scent. A nice Pu-erh with excellent aging potential. PREPARATION: To prepare Pu-erh tea from cakes, carefully pry out the desired amount leaves and place in a teapot. Rinse by covering with boiling water and quickly pour off. Cover with boiling water again and let steep 5-30 seconds (depending on how light or dark you want the tea) and serve.
