	This raw Pu-erh cake uses high quality sun-dried leaves from arbor tea trees in area over 1700 metres in altitude, prepared with great care by Mr. Zhou Bing Liang, the prestigious Pu-erh tea expert who is in charge of the complete tea processing methods to guarantee a premium quality. The tea has a strong lasting flavor and assertive fragrance. Excellent for long-term storage. PREPARATION: To prepare Pu-erh tea from cakes, carefully pry out the desired amount leaves and place in a teapot. Rinse by covering with boiling water and quickly pour off. Cover with boiling water again and let steep 5-30 seconds (depending on how light or dark you want the tea) and serve. Pu-erh tea can be steeped 10-20 times.
