Shipping
We use China Post as our primary carrier. Most orders are shipped generally within two business days (excluding weekend and holidays). If we are unable to dispatch your order within two business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

SAL shipping is not available to Israel, Kuwait, Mexico, Mongolia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and Thailand. Customers in these countries please contact us for alternate shipping methods and prices. - Combined Shipping
Please contact us with the items you want to purchase, we will calculate the combined shipping costs based on total shipping weight (product + packing + box) of your order and the destination (your address).
You may choose EMS (Express Mail Service), Air, SAL or Surface shipping rates. Shipping rates vary by type of service and shipping destination, based solely upon the actual weight of the item and packing.

Kindly describe the shipping methods of your choice:
- Air, takes about 2-3 weeks for delivery.
- SAL, takes about 3-5 weeks for delivery.
- Surface, takes about 6-9 weeks for delivery.
Satisfaction Guarantee
All teas come with our satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, your expectations are not met, simply return your purchase and we will gladly replace it, exchange it or refund your money.
This guarantee covers all teas. If you do not like a particular tea, or in case anything unexpected or an uncontrollable event happens to our teas (damaged) during the shipping, you may return it for a refund of what is left over. Please be kind thought: If at all possible, take the minimum quantity for samples order before buying a large amount of a tea. If the order is mean for resale, try not to choose Surface shipping which too long method to ship the teas should limit damage.
Return policy
Returns are processed upon receiving the products back to us, we will gladly replace it, exchange it or refund your money - whichever you prefer.
Please understand that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Important notice
- We cannot be responsible for any import duties or taxes, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the China. We encourage you to speak with your local authorities.
- NOTE:
1. We do not ship to Italy.
2. Customers in France are not entitled to a shipping refund if the package is returned by French Customs.
