This excellent green Tuocha was produced by Xiaguan Tea Factory using the leaves from an independent contractor, it belongs to the series of top grade compressed tea. 2004 was the first year that this product was launched on the market, later Xiaguan Tea Factory signed a contract with the person who supplied the leaves and will not create another golden ribbon Tuocha unless they use his leaves. Now the golden ribbon is also one of the special mark of Xiaguan Tuocha.
PREPARATION: To prepare Pu-erh tea from Tuocha, it is best to use a strong knife to carefully pry out the desired amount leaves and place in a teapot. Rinse by covering with boiling water and quickly pour off. Cover with boiling water again and let steep 5-30 seconds (depending on how light or dark you want the tea) and serve. Pu-erh tea can be steeped 10-20 times.
