| Xiaguan Jia Ji Tuocha was first produced in 1902. It is a miracle of Yunnan tea industry that this Tuocha has a history over 100 years. The Factory has selected high quality tea leaves to produce this tea by advanced scientific processing method. The tea won prize many times for its quality in China, it is regarded as the standards of perfection for raw Pu-erh Tuocha.
PREPARATION: To prepare Pu-erh tea from Tuocha, it is best to use a strong knife to carefully pry out the desired amount leaves and place in a teapot. Rinse by covering with boiling water and quickly pour off. Cover with boiling water again and let steep 5-30 seconds (depending on how light or dark you want the tea) and serve. Pu-erh tea can be steeped 10-20 times.
