2005 Xiaguan Tea Factory Yunnan Green Tuocha

	Yunnan Green Tuocha known in China as "raw" Tuocha, the tea was produced by the Xiaguan Tea Factory, prepared with extra care by using leaves from the improved broad-leaf tea species and it belongs to the series of top grade compressed green tea. The tea is of a bowl-shaped mass of leaves, regular in shape tightly-compressed, with shinny luster and strong scent. It's liquor looks bright yellow, taste refreshing and sweet in aftertaste. PREPARATION: To prepare Pu-erh tea from Tuocha, it is best to use a strong knife to carefully pry out the desired amount leaves and place in a teapot. Rinse by covering with boiling water and quickly pour off. Cover with boiling water again and let steep 5-30 seconds (depending on how light or dark you want the tea) and serve.
