This is the one of the highest grade premium ripe Pu-erh Mini Tuocha released by Guyi tea factory, composed of loose leaf royal Pu-erh tea leaves, individually wrapped single serving tea balls, all smaller leaf fermented material with plenty of flavor to give up when brewed. One tuo weighs approximately 3 grams, the perfect amount for two cups. A convenient method of preparing this tea is to put 2 - 3 tuos in a thermos and fill it with boiling water. It can then be enjoyed during the day without separating the infused leaves.
PREPARATION: To prepare Pu-erh Mini Tuocha, place 1 - 2 tuos in a teapot. Rinse by covering with boiling water and quickly pour off. Cover with boiling water again and let steep 5-30 seconds (depending on how light or dark you want the tea) and serve. After the first infusion the tea has just gotten started so keep on infusing. Pu-erh tea can be steeped 10-20 times.
