Shipping and Returns
Items location is Yunnan, China.
We use China Post as our primary carrier.
Most orders are shipped generally within two business days (excluding weekend and holidays).
If we are unable to dispatch your order within two business days we will contact you and advise
you of the expected dispatch date.
Delivery time varies by the destination country. Simply select your country and shipping method,
our shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on total shipping weight.
EMS (Express Mail Service), takes about 5-15 days for delivery.
Air, takes about 2-4 weeks for delivery.
SAL (Surface Air Lifted), takes about 3-6 weeks for delivery.
Surface, takes about 6-10 weeks for delivery.
You will receive a notification e-mail with tracking number when your order has been dispatched.
Please note that only EMS shipping has real-time tracking. Air, SAL and Surface have
some limited tracking, but for many destinations the tracking is useless.
Please be advised that international shipping requires complicated shipping procedures
( such as both countries customs, transit stations etc. ), sometimes it may take longer time
for your order to arrive at the final destination. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
All teas come with our satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, your expectations are not met,
simply return your purchase and we will gladly replace it, exchange it or refund your money.
This guarantee covers all teas. If you do not like a particular tea, or in case anything unexpected
or an uncontrollable event happens to our teas (damaged) during the shipping, you may return it for
a refund of what is left over. Please be kind thought: If at all possible, take the minimum quantity
for samples order before buying a large amount of a tea. If the order is mean for resale, try not
to choose Surface shipping which too long method to ship the teas should limit damage.
Returns are processed upon receiving the products back to us, we will gladly replace it,
exchange it or refund your money - whichever you prefer.
Please understand that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
We cannot be responsible for any import duties or taxes, customs restrictions,
or other regulations that apply in countries outside the China.
We encourage you to speak with your local authorities.
Customers in France are not entitled to a shipping refund if the package is returned by French Customs.
