It has been more than one hundred years since this bowl-shaped tea was first successfully produced in 1902 by Xiaguan "Yong Chang Xiang" company. Xiaguan Tea Factory produced Jia Ji Tuocha since the establishment of the Factory in 1941, they selected high quality tea leaves to produce this tea by traditional combine with scientific processing method. The tea won prize again and again for its fine quality in China, now it is regarded as the standards of perfection for raw Pu-erh Tuocha.
PREPARATION: To prepare Pu-erh tea from Tuocha, it is best to use a strong knife to carefully pry out the desired amount leaves and place in a teapot. Rinse by covering with boiling water and quickly pour off. Cover with boiling water again and let steep 5-30 seconds (depending on how light or dark you want the tea) and serve. Pu-erh tea can be steeped 10-20 times.
